  The food pushed this rating to 3 stars. The service left me wanting to leave before my food arrived. We were told to sit anywhere. Lucky us!! We picked the "serve yourself" seats. I had to hunt down a waitress for more coffee. I asked for more water and was told I had to wait because she was busy. When our food finally came, I asked if we could have more water then. We got 1 glass of water. I count that lucky... She could have ignored us. 2 waitresses and while the place was busy, neither seemed trained to wait tables. Both took time to stop and make phone calls from their cells or just text. All in the open, whilst thirsty and hungry customers await. Then the food came.... Glorious food!!! I have to say, The Jug serves the best Breakfast have had out in a very longtime. Because of the food, I will give this established another go. I would suggest sitting at the bar for better service... Though I had to remind the waitress upon paying my bill that the couple sitting there was still waiting on more coffee.

  The food was pretty good. Beer selection was on par with what you would expect. Decent size out side seating. Staff was friendly. Feels very much like a locals watering hole which is not a bad thing.
